Ms Kalyan Houn

Director

Kalyan has over 15 years in the development and social sector leading in the research design and delivery monitoring evaluation and learning function of complex single and multi-country international development projects in Asia region. Hers specialist are development and managing research and evaluation design and MEL framework. She brings significant experience of planning and managing social change projects (gender, governance, agriculture, rural infrastructure and others) with particular concentration on project design, research and evaluation of social across social issues, education, health, governance, gender-women economic empowerment and value chain, water and child protection.

Ms Jan Tayler

Consultant

Her main experts are including, writing, editing, raising public awareness and advocacy, proposal writing / reporting, teaching and training, strategic analysis of social / economic / political contexts. She has compulsory previous experiences with various organizations including: The Cambodia Agricultural Value Chain (CAVAC) programme, WWF Cambodia, The Parliamentary Institute of Cambodia (PIC), Plan International Cambodia, Population Services Khmer (PSK), Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI), GRET Myanmar, Mekong Region Land Governance, VSO International Cambodia, The Learning Institute, NTFP – Exchange Programme, Farmer Livelihood Development.

Ms Caroline Vankoot

Consultant

She is an independent consultant with a decade of experience designing, implementing and communicating research to improve the impact of programmes and policies. A native English speaker, she has a concise and engaging writing style and a passion for communicating research results in a way that maximises uptake and impact. She has extensive qualitative research skills, spanning from the design of qualitative research approaches, literature reviews, conceptual frameworks and sampling strategies, to research planning and management, training of trainers or interviewers, and qualitative data analysis (MaxQDA, Nvivo) and synthesis. Her qualitative experience includes Most Significant Change, diary-keeping for research, focus group discussions, semi-structured interviews, participatory reflection workshops, and active listening.

Ms Men Vannavy

Consultant

Vannavy has professional experience and expertise of more than 16 years in the field of programme/project management, garment workers’ rights, policy engagement, child rights programming, child rights situation analysis, child rights monitoring, advocacy and campaign Initiatives, child participation and child protection programming and application, child protection in Emergencies programming, child safeguarding policy development, agriculture and rural development, environment and climate change and application. Her roles are also including: development and social analysis, advocacy, networking and campaigns initiatives.
